Returns on standard sizes

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Let us know within that time, then send the item back within a further 14 days, unworn and with its labels.

We refund the price of the item and the standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving it back (or of you showing proof that you posted it). [Say here whether you or the customer pays for return postage.]

Made-to-measure pieces

Items cut to your own measurements cannot be returned unless they are faulty, because they are made specifically for you.

Faulty items

If anything arrives faulty or not as described, contact us and we will put it right. This does not affect your statutory rights.
